Cielo Vista is a mixed-use, high rise
project located on the corner of Veterans Memorial Drive and East
Washington Avenue on a 2.8-acre site located in downtown Las Vegas,
Nevada.
Cielo Vista is intended to enhance the quality of high-density
residences in the City of Las Vegas while contributing to the overall
downtown Las Vegas redevelopment projects. This Las Vegas high rise
project will have access to major freeways, the Cashman Event Center and
Theater, the McCarran International Airport, as well as an overabundance
of amenities which are all located in the downtown Las Vegas area.
The
Cielo Vista Condos site design follows the Las Vegas Centennial
Design Standards by incorporating urban, walk-able streetscape and

Las Vegas high rise condominium.

ground floor. While the residential portion of Cielo Vista will start
seven stories above ground level to maximize security and incorporate
