A $1.5 billion development, the
Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino is comprised of two glass towers on an
8.5-acre site right on the Las Vegas Strip redefining the Las Vegas
skyline forever with its spectacular design.
The
Cosmopolitan Resort will be built on Las Vegas Boulevard between the
Bellagio and MGM Mirage's recently announced 66-acre, master-planned
urban complex,
Project City Center.
Construction on the first 61 story tower of The
Cosmopolitan broke ground in August 2005 and will be complete in
late 2007 or early 2008. The first tower's
Las Vegas condo hotel units are sold out as buyers took advantage of
pre-construction savings.
Pre-construction sales began on the second tower of the
Cosmopolitan Resort in October 2005, and a good selection of condo
hotel units, primarily studios and one-bedrooms, is currently available.
All condo units include private balconies with outstanding views of the
world famous Las Vegas Strip and skyline.
Prices at the
Cosmopolitan for their
Las Vegas High Rise Condos will range from the high $650,000's to
over $1,900,000 and the Las Vegas condo hotel is intended to have a
four-star rating.
The
Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino will
encompass:
• Over 4 million square feet
• A 70,000 square foot Casino
• Approximately 2,200 rooms comprised of condo hotel units and hotel
rooms
