mid-$400,000s for 550 square foot studios and going up for

Hard Rock wrap around the pool area as two to four story
freestanding homes with their own terrace, rooftop pool, resident
parking and private yard. The 32 units, ranging in size from 1,800 to
3,600 square feet and start at $2.5 million.

Hard Rock project will expand The Joint
concert venue, add a new rooftop Ultra Lounge and a collection of
