Centrally located near the Las Vegas Convention Center the proposed
Las vegas Central mixed-use complex will offer 1,000 residential units as well as
restaurants, office space and retail stores. Residential units are
priced from the high $300,000 range to over $2.5 million.
Panoramic views of the Las Vegas valley from the two 40-story towers
will be offered from residences ranging from small studios to luxurious
penthouses.
According to Langson Development of Las Vegas construction of Las Vegas
Central is scheduled to begin in January of 2007 and the opening planned
for late 2008.
